"Aware Beginnings" and Continued Adventures in Life
Life continues to evolve. Much of the past two years have been focused on surgeries and recovery. I am just regaining the ability to type after surgery on my right hand and a left shoulder replacement.
We completed the 2023 trip to Italy and, while we did blog during the trip, no book followed. Rhodes on the Italian Rails, chronicling the 2023 trip is available on

Next up will be a novel, currently in research phase.
Life is unfolding in challenging ways. Remember the two sides of crises are challenge and opportunity.
Birth: The culmination of the journey that began as a single cell, activitated to build a complete body by the joining of sperm and ovum, and embedded with the template of your unique DNA, which interacts with the environment in the creation of "you."
